In-branch banking — Sometimes you just need to speak to someone. Visit any of our branches six days a week, from Monday to Saturday; our friendly Member Service Representatives are here to help.

Online banking — Whether you're at home, at work or on the go, bank online, at any time of the day, using your computer, smartphone or tablet. Make deposits, check balances, transfer funds, or pay bills all with the click of a button. (To register their accounts for this service, members are encouraged to contact their home branch.)

Mobile banking — Our new mobile banking app has arrived. Download it for free from the AppStore or Google Play. (Please note that members must be registered for online banking before they can activate this app.)

ATM banking and your Member Card® debit card — Enjoy free deposits and withdrawals when you use your Member Card debit card at any one of the 4,500 ATMs on THE EXCHANGE® or ACCULINK® national networks.

As of July 2018 —  Our debit cards are now enabled with Interac Flash®.  Accepted at thousands of retailers and merchants across Canada, this card is a secure and convenient way to make everyday purchases. Click here to learn more about the secure features of this card.
